Pawan Kalyan Lacks Political Awareness: Botcha Satyanarayana
YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) Botcha Satyanarayana has strongly criticized Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party (JSP) leader Pawan Kalyan for his recent remarks regarding opposition status in the Assembly. Botcha Satyanarayana stated that Pawan Kalyan lacks political awareness and dismissed his claim that the YSRCP, which won fewer seats than the Jana Sena, should not be granted opposition status.

Speaking at the Assembly media point, Botcha Satyanarayana asserted that the Jana Sena should either accept the opposition status or allow the YSRCP to take it. He also noted that if Pawan Kalyan chooses to remain in the opposition, the YSRCP has no objection to it.

Responding to comments from Jana Sena leaders, who claimed that YSRCP legislators attended the Assembly only to safeguard their positions, Botcha Satyanarayana said such statements were incorrect. He also criticized the Governor’s address in the Assembly, alleging that it contained misleading statements. He refuted the Governor’s claims about the destruction caused by the previous government, asserting that they were inaccurate.

Botcha Satyanarayana accused the coalition government of forcing the resignations of 19 out of 21 university vice-chancellors and demanded an inquiry into the matter. Additionally, he alleged that Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader Nara Lokesh was using threatening language against YSRCP members in the Legislative Council, but he emphasized that YSRCP leaders would not be intimidated.

Furthermore, he criticized the coalition government for allegedly misleading candidates who appeared for the Group-2 exams.
