Ana Konidela signs declaration upon arrival at Tirumala, offers hair as votive gesture to the deity
Ana Konidela, wife of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, arrived at the Tirumala temple on Sunday. Upon her arrival, she completed the customary procedures by signing the declaration documents in the presence of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) officials at the Gayatri Sadan.

Ana Konidela was welcomed at the temple by leaders of the Jana Sena Party and TTD authorities. She is scheduled to stay overnight in Tirumala and will participate in the Suprabhata Seva ritual to have darshan of Lord Venkateswara early on Monday morning.

Her visit to the temple was undertaken as an act of fulfilling a religious vow. This follows the recovery of her son, Mark Shankar, who recently escaped with minor injuries from a fire accident in Singapore.

As a part of this votive offering, Ana Konidela submitted her hair to the deity, a traditional practice followed by devotees expressing gratitude or seeking divine blessings.
