Anna Lezhneva Makes Major Donation to TTD Annadanam Program

Anna Lezhneva, wife of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, visited Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala today. She participated in the early morning Suprabhata Seva, the ceremonial awakening service of the deity. Following the darshan, temple priests presented her with the sacred offerings (Tirtha Prasadam) of Lord Venkateswara.

Her visit comes in the wake of a recent fire accident at a school in Singapore, where her son Mark Shankar Pawanovich sustained minor injuries. In gratitude for his recovery, Anna Lezhneva offered her prayers and fulfilled a vow to the deity.

To mark the occasion, she sponsored an annadanam (mass meal) program today at Tirumala in the name of her son Mark Shankar. For this purpose, she donated ₹17 lakhs towards the midday meal service conducted at the Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Annadana Prasadam complex.
