Actor Sivaraj Kumar Hopes for Collaboration With Balakrishna in Jailer 2

Kannada actor Sivaraj Kumar, who is well known to Telugu audiences, is currently playing a pivotal role in the upcoming film Peddi, which stars Ram Charan in the lead role. He recently completed the shooting of a film titled 45.

As part of promotions for 45, Sivaraj Kumar and Upendra—who both play lead roles in the film—addressed the media at a press meet held in Hyderabad on Tuesday. During the interaction, a journalist asked, “Is it true that you’re acting alongside Balakrishna in Jailer 2 (starring Rajinikanth)?” Responding to this, Sivaraj Kumar said, “Is that so? I’m not aware of that. The director Nelson told me that I do have a role in the film.”

Sivaraj Kumar further expressed his opinion, stating, “It would be great if Balakrishna also acts in this film.” Recalling his earlier association with Balakrishna, he mentioned that he acted in Balakrishna’s film Gautamiputra Satakarni, but there were no scenes featuring both of them together. He added that they are good friends in real life and share a bond akin to that of family.
