Youth Arrested for Offensive Social Media Posts on Pawan Kalyan’s Son Mark Shankar

A youth who made inappropriate comments about Mark Shankar, the younger son of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, on social media platforms has been arrested by the police. Guntur Superintendent of Police Satish Kumar disclosed the details of the arrest.
According to the police, the accused, identified as Raghu alias Pushparaj from Kurnool district, was taken into custody for his objectionable posts. Satish Kumar stated that Raghu made the posts as part of a social media clash among film actor fan groups.
The case was registered based on a complaint filed by Sambasiva Rao from Prattipadu. The investigation revealed that Raghu used five mobile phones and created accounts on the platform ‘X’ using 14 different email IDs to make these posts.
The SP stated that they examined the content of Raghu’s posts, most of which were derogatory towards women. He added that cases have been filed under multiple legal sections for actions that were offensive to the dignity of women and for making posts intended to incite tensions between communities.
