Trisha Dismisses Marriage Rumours, Reveals Her Real Views

Senior Kollywood actress Trisha Krishnan has made it clear that she is indifferent about whether or not she gets married. In a recent interview conducted as part of the promotions for her upcoming film Thug Life, in which she stars alongside Kamal Haasan, Trisha made sensational remarks expressing her lack of faith in the institution of marriage.

During the interview, when asked about her thoughts on marriage, Trisha gave a startling response: she stated outright that she has no particular inclination towards marriage. Kamal Haasan, who was present during the interaction, was reportedly surprised by her candid response.

These statements come in the backdrop of persistent rumours regarding Trisha’s alleged wedding plans. Recent speculation had suggested that she was in a relationship and was set to marry soon. Trisha strongly denied these rumours.

She stated that even she does not know when she might get married. However, she said that if she meets someone who truly aligns with her heart, she would definitely consider marriage. She emphasized that the person she marries must have the conviction to stay with her for life. Only then, she said, would she agree to marry.

Trisha also remarked that she is not in favour of getting married and later divorcing. She noted that many people who marry end up living dissatisfied lives, and she expressed a desire to avoid such circumstances.

In addition to Thug Life, Trisha is also acting alongside Megastar Chiranjeevi in the Telugu film Vishwambhara. This marks her next collaboration with Chiranjeevi after their previous film Stalin.
