Pawan Kalyan Mourns Simhachalam Tragedy, Promises Support to Victims
A tragic incident unfolded at the Simhachalam Sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple during the annual Chandanaotsavam festival, where the collapse of a wall resulted in the death of seven devotees. The somber event has cast a shadow of grief across the region.

Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan expressed deep shock over the incident, stating, “This incident is truly unfortunate.” He extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased and assured them of comprehensive support from the government. “The government will stand by the victims in every possible way,” said Pawan Kalyan, urging everyone to remain strong in this time of tragedy.

He subsequently sought detailed information about the incident from the concerned officials. Pawan Kalyan noted that Home Minister Anitha is currently overseeing the relief and rescue operations at the site.

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu also expressed his shock and sorrow over the tragedy. “This incident has deeply disturbed me,” he stated.
