High Court grants permission for BJP State chief Bandi Sanjay’s padayatra

Hyderabad: The High Court has granted permission for BJP State president Bandi Sanjay Kumar's padayatra. The High Court quashed the police notices to stop the padayatra. He will resume the padayatra from where it stopped.

It may be recalled that the third phase of the ‘Praja Sangrama Yatra’ undertaken by the BJP State president was facing many hurdles. He embarked on a padayatra to find out the public problems being faced by people. Protests, agitations, challenges, counter-challenges, attacks and counter attacks have marred the padayatra and it was stopped in the Jangaon district.

At last, decks have been cleared with the court’s permission. Therefore, the BJP leaders and workers were happy as they got permission for the padayatra. Sanjay will resume the padayatra from Pannur of Jangaon district where the padayatra was stopped.

The route map has been changed and the schedule is being finalised so that padayatra will culminate at the feet of Goddess Bhadrakali on August 27. Arrangements are being made to organise a meeting on a grand scale on the grounds of the Arts and Science College of Hanumakonda.
