Mandali Buddhaprasad and Nimmaka Jayakrishna Bid Farewell to TDP, Join Jana Sena

Amaravati: Former MLA Mandali Buddhaprasad joined the Jana Sena Party today. The joining ceremony took place at the Jana Sena Party's main office in Mangalagiri, in the presence of Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan. Pawan Kalyan welcomed Mandali Buddhaprasad into the party by draping the Jana Sena scarf around him.

Mandali Buddhaprasad is a leader from Avanigadda associated with the TDP. He had intended to contest from the Avanigadda Assembly constituency on behalf of TDP in the upcoming elections. However, as the Jana Sena Party was allocated the Avanigadda seat, Buddhaprasad bid goodbye to TDP and joined Jana Sena. The Jana Sena Party has yet to announce its candidate for the Avanigadda ticket.

In today's event in the presence of Pawan, along with Buddhaprasad, leader from Palakonda, Nimmaka Jayakrishna also joined Jana Sena. He too resigned from TDP and embraced Jana Sena. With the Jana Sena Party yet to announce its candidate for the Palakonda Assembly constituency, it is speculated that Nimmaka Jayakrishna might be given the ticket.

Jana Sena is contesting in 21 Assembly and 2 MP constituencies in Andhra Pradesh, in alliance with TDP-BJP. The party has already released its list of candidates for 19 Assembly and 2 MP constituencies. The remaining constituencies are Avanigadda and Palakonda. The joining of Mandali Buddhaprasad and Nimmaka Jayakrishna has brought clarity to the candidature for these two seats.
