Chargesheet Is a Mere Political Representation, Says Telangana Minister

BRS MLA Harish Rao recently released a chargesheet criticizing the one-year governance of the Revanth Reddy-led Congress government in Telangana. Reacting strongly, Minister Ponnam Prabhakar dismissed the chargesheet as political rhetoric.

Prabhakar stated that the opposition had been targeting the government since its first month in office and intensified their criticism as the government completed one year. He asserted that the so-called chargesheet was viewed as a representation from the opposition rather than a formal indictment. He assured that if the charges raised involved public concerns, the government would address them appropriately.

He also alleged that the BRS and BJP were not separate entities but worked together against the Congress government. Prabhakar recalled that during the initial days of the Congress government, the opposition tried to destabilize the administration, even predicting its downfall. He reiterated that both parties have consistently plotted to create instability in the state government.
