It is in this context that the mega clinic organized under the auspices of Gleneagles Global Hospital helps to raise awareness among the people on the importance of good health. "
World Health Day is a priority even for the World Health Organization, which uses the occasion to create awareness of a specific health theme and to highlight a priority area of concern each year, since its inception at the First Health Assembly in 1948. The theme for World Health Day this year is to build a fairer and healthier world, because some people can live healthier lives and have better access to health services than others, entirely due to the conditions in which they are born, grow, live, work and age.
