Chiranjeevi's Vishwambhara Opts Out of Sankranti Race?
The Sankranti season is one of the most important periods for Telugu cinema. Every hero tries to have their film included in the Sankranti race, which is why the competition during this festival season is always intense. Among the films slated for this Sankranti, Megastar Chiranjeevi's movie Vishwambhara was in the race. The makers had announced that the film would be released on January 10th, during the Sankranti festivities.
However, according to the latest reports, Vishwambhara is now likely to withdraw from the Sankranti race. The reason for this decision is that the VFX (Visual Effects) work for the film is still pending, and the OTT deal for the movie has also not been finalized. Due to these issues, the makers are reportedly considering postponing the release. An official announcement regarding this is expected soon.
Vishwambhara, a socio-fantasy film, is being directed by Vashishta Mallidi and produced by UV Creations. Trisha Krishnan and Ashika Ranganath are playing the female leads alongside Chiranjeevi. Kunal Kapoor, Ramya Pasupuleti, and Eesha Chawla are also part of the cast. Renowned music composer M.M. Keeravani is providing the music for Vishwambhara.
