Hyderabad, 13th August 2021: Hyderabad-based leading construction company Aspire Spaces has launched a luxury apartment named Ameya in Miyapur. Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Chinna Srimannarayana Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamiji had launched the project today. Spread across 10.18 acres the project approved by Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) will have a built-up area of 16.50 lakh square feet and built with an estimated project cost of Rs 500 Crores. The stilt 13-storey project in 9 blocks will have a total of 1,066 flats.

Architect for the Ameya project done by Genesis company and managed by project management consultancy CBRE, Landscape architect by Bangalore-based firm Terra Firma Landscape Architecture.
